Per Lander County Code, Chapter 5.04.010 - It is unlawful for any person, firm, association or corporation, either as owner, lessee or otherwise, to deal, operate, carry on, conduct, maintain, transact or pursue any business, trade or profession, within the limits of Lander County, without having first procured a license for the same as provided in this chapter.
