Sadie Sullivan, Lander County Clerk
I moved to Battle Mountain in high school and it has been my loving home ever since.
I was elected as County Clerk in 2010 and took office in 2011.
I have been a part of Lander County government for a combined 18 years and I believe those experiences have given me an appreciation of what the other departments do and how we all have a part to play in the functioning of Lander County government on a daily basis.
My professional goals at the Clerk's Office are to maintain the integrity of the Elections and to keep the office up to date with the ever changing Nevada Laws and Regulations. My office is continually implementing advancements that will help the community while still maintaining our traditions.
I strive to provide transparent operations to maximize voter confidence in the integrity and accountability of our election system.
I embrace change, welcome growth opportunities and strive to optimize the use of technology for further advancement in voter services, election processes, and office functions. I appreciate new ideas and learning new techniques that will better me personally as well as professionally.
The Clerk’s Office has an open-door policy and welcomes the public to drop by if they are interested in gaining knowledge about what we do.
You can find me at my office located on the second floor of the Lander County Courthouse and Administrative Building; by phone at (775) 635-5738; or by email, firstname.lastname@example.org
